Authentic therapists from Thailand and the Philippines.
The best Thai massage in Gdynia — the therapist found every tense area of my back. I leave relaxed, with no neck pain after long hours at the computer. Tera Thai on Redłowska is a place I keep returning to.
The Balinese massage with hot stones at Tera Thai Gdynia is true SPA level. The atmosphere, the scents, the professionalism — you can feel the authenticity of Asian techniques. Highly recommended after training or office work.
I came in with shoulder pain after an injury. The therapist combined Shiatsu with deep-tissue work — results from the first session. The salon on Redłowska is quiet, clean and intimate. I keep coming back.

About the treatment
Chinese therapeutic massage (Tui Na) is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The therapist works along the meridians, stimulating acupressure points to release tension and improve circulation.
Our menu includes foot reflexology, full-body massage with acupressure elements, Gua Sha massage (face or body) for detoxifying and lifting effects, and traditional Chinese cupping for improved circulation and relief from stagnation.
Which variant should you pick? The 90-minute session is ideal when you want to combine full-body work with an extra technique (Gua Sha or cupping) at an unhurried pace. We recommend the 120-minute variant for chronic tension and a complete TCM ritual — deep release, detoxification and reflexology in a single visit.

About Chinese Massage
Chinese therapeutic massage (Tui Na) is one of the world's oldest manual techniques, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The therapist works along meridians — energy channels through which, according to TCM, the life force Qi flows — stimulating acupressure points to clear stagnation, improve circulation and restore the body's balance.
At Tera Thai we offer the full range of Chinese techniques: foot reflexology (the organ map on the feet), full-body acupressure massage, a lifting Gua Sha facial massage and traditional Chinese cupping (vacuum therapy). We tailor the techniques to your needs — from deep muscle release to detoxification and skincare.
Gua Sha and cupping have a visible, physiological effect: they stimulate microcirculation, drain the lymph and speed up the removal of metabolic waste from tissues. On the face, Gua Sha lifts and brightens, reducing puffiness and tension in the facial muscles.
Chinese massage is especially valued by those seeking more than relaxation — it is therapeutic work targeting specific complaints: neck and shoulder tension, headaches, lymphatic stagnation or fatigue. After the session most guests feel lightness, better circulation and clear relief in tight areas.
