The best Thai massage in Gdynia — the therapist found every tense area of my back. I leave relaxed, with no neck pain after long hours at the computer. Tera Thai on Redłowska is a place I keep returning to.
The Balinese massage with hot stones at Tera Thai Gdynia is true SPA level. The atmosphere, the scents, the professionalism — you can feel the authenticity of Asian techniques. Highly recommended after training or office work.
I came in with shoulder pain after an injury. The therapist combined Shiatsu with deep-tissue work — results from the first session. The salon on Redłowska is quiet, clean and intimate. I keep coming back.

About the treatment
Thai herbal stamp massage (Luk Pra Kob) is a traditional technique from Thailand. The stamps contain a blend of aromatic herbs including lemongrass, turmeric, camphor, tamarind and ginger.
The stamps are warmed with steam and gently pressed onto the body, releasing essential oils that soothe the skin and muscles. The therapist alternates the stamps with traditional Thai massage, creating a ritual with strong warming and nourishing effects.

FAQ · Gdynia
About Thai Herbal Stamp Massage
Thai herbal poultice massage (Luk Pra Kob) is a traditional technique from northern Thailand. The poultices — cotton bundles filled with a mix of fresh and dried herbs (turmeric, ginger, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind extract, camphor) — are heated in steam to 60-65°C, then used by the therapist as a body work tool. Each poultice releases both heat and the herbs' aromatic essential oils.
At Tera Thai poultices are prepared weekly from fresh herbs imported from Thailand. Each client receives their own poultices to take home — you can reuse them once (e.g. for a hot herbal bath). The room scent as the poultices begin to steam is like entering a herbal garden in Chiang Mai — most guests comment on it from the doorway.
The session combines classic Thai massage techniques (acupressure, Sen line stretching) with hot poultice application. The therapist touches specific points, makes circular motions along meridians, kneads with two poultices simultaneously. The combination of heat, pressure and aromatherapy produces an effect significantly stronger than each element alone.
Indications: chronic muscle tension, joint pain, peripheral circulation issues, „cold body”, recovery after infections (herbs support lymphatic drainage), sleep problems, autumn-winter immunity dip. After a session most guests feel „warmth from the inside” — a pleasant state that lasts for hours.
