How much does a Thai massage cost — what determines the price
Thai massage prices in the Tricity usually start around 160–200 PLN an hour. At Tera Thai, classic Thai massage costs from 199 PLN for 60 minutes — and a few simple factors decide the final amount.
“How much does a Thai massage cost?” is one of the most common questions before a first visit. The short answer: from 199 PLN for 60 minutes. The longer one depends on duration, massage type, and a few extras. Here's the full breakdown, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

What determines the price of a Thai massage
A few factors shape the final amount — worth knowing so you can consciously choose a session that fits your needs and budget.
1. Duration — the biggest factor
This has the greatest effect on price. A 60-minute session is enough for general relaxation, but for specific tension (neck, back, hips), 90 or 120 minutes works better — the therapist then has time to work through the whole body thoroughly. The longer the session, the higher the price, but also the better the result.
2. Massage type and extras
Classic Thai massage, performed without oil, is among the most accessible. Oil-based massages — Balinese, Lomi Lomi, or aromatic oil massage — tend to be slightly pricier because of the warm oils used (coconut, argan, aloe). Special variants like deep-tissue, sports, or anti-cellulite massage can also carry a surcharge.
3. Individual or couples massage
A couples massage covers two people at the same time, in one room, with two therapists — so its price (from 389 PLN) corresponds in practice to two massages performed in parallel. It's a popular choice for gifts and shared relaxation; more in our guide to couples massage.
4. Salon standard and therapist experience
The cheapest offers tempt with price, but authenticity and quality matter. Our massages are performed by therapists from Thailand, Bali, and the Philippines, trained in original techniques — a different quality from a massage merely “inspired” by Thai tradition. For a slightly higher price, you get a genuine ritual, not an imitation of one.
The prices shown are the full cost of the session. We don't charge a deposit for online bookings (except for groups of 3 or more people: 30% deposit), and the “from” amount covers the entire massage of the chosen type. Tipping is optional.
Is it worth choosing the cheapest massage?
Price isn't everything. After a well-performed Thai massage your back and neck feel noticeably looser; after a weak one you'll hardly feel a difference. Instead of hunting for the cheapest offer, check reviews, therapist experience, and whether the salon performs an authentic massage. Only then compare prices.
