Discover Tera Thai
Who we are, how we work and where our therapists come from — plus our gallery, guides and blog. Everything that helps you get to know Tera Thai before you lie down on the massage table.
Authentic massage,
straight from the source
We've been open since 2024 in Gdańsk (Zaspa) and Gdynia (Redłowo). Our therapists — the names you'll recognise from Booksy reviews — are Ani, Chanapa and Roma in Gdańsk, and Hani, Nanda and Nia in Gdynia. They come from Thailand, Bali and the Philippines and are experienced, some with over 10 years of practice. We treat each technique — Thai, Balinese, Japanese or Hawaiian — as its own discipline, rather than blending them into one generic relaxation massage.
Five massage traditions under one roof
Thai — classic Thai massage is oil-free work in comfortable clothing: thumb and palm pressure along energy lines plus deep stretching. If you prefer oil work, we offer aromatic, coconut and argan variants.
Balinese — Pijat Bali flows with warm oil: long, stroking movements blending Ayurvedic and Chinese influences. This family also includes a deep tissue variant, a massage with body scrub and hot stones.
Chinese and Japanese — Chinese massage with acupressure and Japanese Shiatsu work on points and meridians; there's also foot reflexology with warm oil.
Hawaiian — Lomi-Lomi means long, wave-like forearm strokes, reminiscent of ocean waves — the most “flowing” massage we offer.
Swedish — Swedish massage is the European classic with warm oil: stroking, kneading and rubbing. It's a firm, intense massage, and your therapist adjusts the pressure to you on the spot.

We keep the full photo gallery from both salons on a separate page.
