What this massage involves
Reflexology is a traditional Chinese technique of pressure work on points of the feet. The therapist presses them in the right sequence, working with warm oil.
It's an exceptionally relaxing treatment — many people feel a sense of ease throughout the whole body, even though the work is focused solely on the feet and partly the calves. A popular choice for people who spend a lot of time on their feet or in shoes not suited to long walking.
