Massage in Gdańsk and Gdynia: a guide for visitors
Tera Thai has two salons in the Tricity: Gdańsk Zaspa (ul. Hynka 18/lok. U13) and Gdynia Redłowo (ul. Redłowska 37/10). Both are open daily from 12:00 to 22:00, take card payments and handle bookings in English. A classic Thai massage starts at 199 PLN for 60 minutes.
This guide is for anyone visiting Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia who wants a traditional Asian massage without guessing how things work here. Everything below is how our two salons actually run.
Which salon is closer to you
Gdańsk, Zaspa (ul. Hynka 18/lok. U13, tel. 538 899 993) is a few minutes from Wrzeszcz, Przymorze and Oliwa. Gdańsk Zaspa SKM station is about a 5-minute walk (about 350 m), tram and bus stops are nearby, and there are designated free parking spaces right outside.
Gdynia, Redłowo (ul. Redłowska 37/10, tel. 730 823 434) is about a 15-minute walk from Gdynia Redłowo SKM station, with free parking in front of the building. Staying in Sopot? See massage near Sopot.
Getting there from Gdańsk airport
The Gdańsk salon is about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. By public transport, take a bus or the PKM train to Gdańsk Wrzeszcz (about 15 minutes), change to the SKM for Gdańsk Zaspa and walk about 5 minutes. A massage straight after a flight is a popular choice; read more about massage after travel.

Language, payment and booking
Phone bookings are handled in Polish or English, and during the visit English is no problem. You pay after the massage by card (Visa, Mastercard), cash or BLIK, with nothing upfront for 1–2 people. Book online on Booksy at any time: Gdańsk or Gdynia. Booksy may ask you to add a card; nothing is charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours before the visit or don't turn up. The last booking of the day is usually 60–90 minutes before closing.
What to expect
Arrive 5–10 minutes early. We start with a short chat about pressure and any health issues, followed by a brief foot-washing ceremony. You can shower before and after, and towels are provided. Classic Thai massage and Shiatsu are done on a massage table in loose clothing; for oil massages you keep your own underwear on or get disposable underwear, and you stay covered with a towel. Afterwards there is tea or water. The full walkthrough is in what a first visit looks like, and Thai or Balinese massage helps you choose.
