What the package includes
The ritual is led by a Balinese Pijat Bali massage — warm oils, long enveloping strokes and a pace that quiets the mind from the first minutes. It is our most relaxing package.
Chinese acupressure adds just enough point work for the relaxation to go deeper than the surface. Foot reflexology and stretching close the session — you leave both relaxed and stretched out.
The 120-minute Balinese massage alone costs 389 PLN — the full ritual is only 10 PLN more.
The sequence here is roughly 60 minutes of the main massage, about 30 minutes of Chinese acupressure, around 20 minutes of foot reflexology and 10 minutes of stretching — a full 120 minutes, all in one price.
Balinese Relaxation or Thai Paradise? After the main massage both packages run the same way: acupressure, foot reflexology and stretching. In Balinese Relaxation the main massage is Pijat Bali, with long, enveloping strokes; in Thai Paradise it is a Thai aromatic oil massage, and you choose the scent before the session.

What a visit looks like
1. Consultation. A short chat about how you feel and any contraindications — every visit starts with it. Tell the therapist how gentle a touch you would like.
2. Preparation. You can take a shower on site; fresh towels and linen are waiting. Before the massage there is a short foot-washing ceremony.
3. The ritual. About an hour of Balinese massage with warm oils, at a slow pace. Then around 30 minutes of acupressure, with point work only where it is needed, and around 20 minutes of foot reflexology. About 10 minutes of calm stretching close the session.
4. Afterwards. After two hours it is worth staying still for a moment and drinking a glass of water. Our aftercare guide covers the rest.

Contraindications and preparation
We do not perform the package during fever or infection, with fresh injuries or inflammation, thrombosis, or in the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid a heavy meal right before the session and arrive a few minutes early — a two-hour ritual is best started without rush.
