What this massage involves
Anti-cellulite massage uses more intensive, rhythmic kneading and rolling techniques on the thighs, buttocks, hips and abdomen, where cellulite tends to show most.
This isn't a relaxation massage in the classic sense — the work can be energetic and at times intense, and you can come regularly, e.g. once a week.
Prefer a firmer full-body massage, for example after training? See our Thai sports massage.
The treatment step by step
- A conversation about areas needing special attention and your expectations.
- Warming the skin and tissue with oil.
- Intensive, rhythmic work — kneading and rolling on thighs, hips and abdomen.
- Long, flowing strokes with lighter pressure.
- Closing the session with hydration advice.

What a visit looks like
1. Consultation. A short conversation about how you're feeling and any contraindications.
2. Preparation. A shower is available on site; fresh towels and linens are all standard. Every massage also begins with a brief foot-washing ceremony.
3. Massage. The session is paced and pressured to match your needs. You can ask for changes at any time.
4. Afterwards. Take a moment to rest and drink a glass of water — no need to rush back into your day.
