Natural Beauty or Chinese Ritual? Both packages include a facial massage. Natural Beauty starts with an energetic anti-cellulite massage, and the facial massage is gentle. In the Chinese Ritual the main massage is Chinese massage with acupressure, and the therapist works on your face with a Gua Sha stone.

What a visit looks like
1. Consultation. A short chat about how you feel and any contraindications — every visit starts with it. Tell the therapist which areas the anti-cellulite massage should focus on: thighs, glutes or stomach.
2. Preparation. You can take a shower on site; fresh towels and linen are waiting. Before the massage there is a short foot-washing ceremony.
3. The ritual. The first part is an energetic Thai anti-cellulite massage. Then the pace slows: a gentle facial massage, foot reflexology and, last, stretching.
4. Afterwards. After two hours it is worth staying still for a moment and drinking a glass of water. Our aftercare guide covers the rest.

Avoid a heavy meal right before the session and arrive a few minutes early — a two-hour ritual is best started without rush.
