What the package includes
This is the only package where all 120 minutes come from a single tradition. It opens with a Chinese massage with acupressure — work on the meridians and points Chinese medicine has mapped for centuries.
Then the therapist reaches for the Gua Sha stone: a facial massage that releases tension in the jaw and forehead, places most of us forget can even be tense. Foot reflexology and stretching close the ritual.
The 120-minute Chinese massage alone costs 399 PLN — for 20 PLN more you get the whole ritual with Gua Sha.
Chinese Ritual or Natural Beauty? Both packages include a facial massage. In the Chinese Ritual the main massage is Chinese massage with acupressure, and the therapist massages your face with a Gua Sha stone. Natural Beauty starts with an energetic Thai anti-cellulite massage, followed by a gentle facial massage.

What a visit looks like
1. Consultation. A short chat about how you feel and any contraindications — every visit starts with it. Tell the therapist whether you feel tension in your face or jaw, because this package also includes a Gua Sha facial massage.
2. Preparation. You can take a shower on site; fresh towels and linen are waiting. Before the massage there is a short foot-washing ceremony.
3. The ritual. It starts with Chinese massage with acupressure, working on meridians and points. Then the therapist moves to your face and massages it with a Gua Sha stone. Foot reflexology and stretching come last.
4. Afterwards. After two hours it is worth staying still for a moment and drinking a glass of water. Our aftercare guide covers the rest.

Contraindications and preparation
We do not perform the package during fever or infection, with fresh injuries or inflammation, thrombosis, or in the first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid a heavy meal right before the session and arrive a few minutes early — a two-hour ritual is best started without rush.
