What the package includes
The heart of this ritual is a Balinese deep tissue massage: slow, deep pressure, the firmest work on our menu. Then the therapist moves on to acupressure, which means pressure on selected points. Foot reflexology and stretching close the session.
The 120-minute Balinese deep tissue massage alone costs 429 PLN — the package with three extras is 40 PLN less.
The sequence here is roughly 60 minutes of the main massage, about 30 minutes of Chinese acupressure, around 20 minutes of foot reflexology and 10 minutes of stretching — a full 120 minutes, all in one price.
Deep Tissue or Sports Recovery? Both follow the main massage with acupressure, foot reflexology and stretching. The main massage is the difference: here it is a Balinese deep tissue massage, the firmest work on our menu; in Sports Recovery it is a Thai sports massage focused on muscles tired from training.

What a visit looks like
1. Consultation. A short chat about how you feel and any contraindications — every visit starts with it. This package is built on the firmest technique on our menu, so agree carefully with your therapist on the pressure that suits you.
2. Preparation. You can take a shower on site; fresh towels and linen are waiting. Before the massage there is a short foot-washing ceremony.
3. The ritual. Roughly the first hour is Balinese deep tissue massage, worked slowly, layer by layer. Then come about 30 minutes of acupressure on selected points and about 20 minutes of foot reflexology. Stretching closes the session.
4. Afterwards. After two hours it is worth staying still for a moment and drinking a glass of water. Our aftercare guide covers the rest.

Contraindications and preparation
We do not perform the package during fever or infection, with fresh injuries or inflammation, thrombosis, or during pregnancy. With chronic conditions please check with your doctor first — every visit starts with a short health interview. The full list is in our contraindications guide.
Avoid a heavy meal right before the session and arrive a few minutes early — a two-hour ritual is best started without rush.
